About Me

I graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computer Science. After graduating, I joined the AWS division at Amazon's headquarters in Seattle as a software engineer. After that I returned to Vancouver to start a business providing e-commerce solutions for direct-to-consumer brands. I have also taught web development at Lighthouse Labs, Canada's largest coding bootcamp. In 2020, I joined a fintech unicorn Brex as an Engineering Manager. During my tenure, I led multiple platform engineering teams, including leading multiple Staff (Senior+) level software engineers to develop and launch several core products for Brex.

What I am currently doing

In 2024 I left Brex and took an extended break. This year 2025, I am exploring new opportunities in the AI and crypto space. I plan to do a 1 product per week challenge.

My Core Values

My core values are a list of virtue that I value the most. This does not mean I have all these virtues, but it represent what I am working towards. • Be the one that makes things happen.
  • Be the change I want to see.
  • Begin with the end in mind.

  • Pursue a balanced and moderate lifestyle.
  • Work hard, but also take time to relax, and spent time with family.
  • Strive to have physical health, mental health, and spiritual health.
